You need to know first, that the recruitment process includes CV and portfolio screening, academic tests (optional), psychological tests (this can be done after the interview) and interviews (hr, user, CEO (optional)). In one oprek, recruiters can receive many documents from applicants

1. Applicants do not apply according to the required qualifications.

4. Do not use polite sentences

Suppose you have a Bachelor of Psychology in 2 areas you master: writing and psychology. In writing, you’ve written articles, have internships as content writers and essay writing competitions, so just write that on your CV without discussing psychology. vice versa

2. While waiting for your call, you can add insight by following the course at Coursera, Skill Academy, RevoU, Mojadiapp, Alterra Academy or take part in other volunteer activities to fill and add to your experience in CV

3. Seek internship experience while still a student.

Remember, you don’t need to go directly to big companies, small ones are okay because the important thing is the career path that was built first!

4. Never stop feeling thirsty for learning and growing because to achieve your goals you need knowledge and experience in building a chain of success

If everything has been done, you can also create a LinkedIn account for alternative jobs and internships! There are lots of opportunities for you to learn, get acquainted with professional people, introduce yourself to recruiters & so on

Besides LinkedIn, you can also use other social media to find information such as on Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and so on

Make the best use of the social media that you have, and as much as possible you should also be more observant in looking at the qualifications of the application!
