Ingredients :

400 ml white liquid milk

500 ml of liquid whipped cream

200 gr dark cooking chocolate, cut into pieces

50 gr dark cooking chocolate, melt

150 gr sugar

50 gr cocoa powder

4 egg yolks

1/2 tsp vanilla

enough ice cream sticks

Coating Material:

250 gr dark cooking chocolate, melt

100 gr peeled peanuts (you can use cheap peeled peanuts too, you can use almonds too)


1. In a saucepan, cook the white liquid milk, cocoa powder and vanilla over low heat, stirring constantly. Then add the melted dark cooking chocolate, mix well and let it boil. Lift.

2. Beat egg yolks and sugar until fluffy. Then pour in the cooked milk little by little, whisk continuously until evenly mixed.

3. Pour back into the pan and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the mixture becomes thick.

Then lift.

4. In a saucepan, cook the melted whipped cream until it boils. After that, add the dark cooking chocolate pieces while continuing to stir until the chocolate melts and is well mixed with the whipped cream.


5. Pour the egg milk mixture into the chocolate cream mixture. Beat on low speed until evenly mixed and perfect.

6. Pour into the ice cream mold and place the ice cream stick right in the middle.

7. Put it in the freezer until it freezes.

8. Once frozen, remove the ice cream from the mold and dip it into the melted dark cooking chocolate. Sprinkle with roasted peanuts.

9. Put it back in the freezer until it freezes.

And Tadaaaaa ice cream is ready to be served. My ice cream mold is short, so the result is like this, so you are free to use any shape of the ice cream mold, some are longer too.
