3) Pay attention to 3 things you hear
In this phase, try to name 3 things you hear so that you become more aware of your surroundings. Like the sound of your breath, or the sound of your stomach rumbling, the sound of the wind. Anything you can identify with your sense of hearing

5) Pay attention to 1 thing you can taste
